Merging two charts with different series

Hey friends, whats up?
A client requested to merge two charts they actually have, but I am not sure how to do it!

Let me show you the data:

Here is my data, I have elements and conditions, total values on Year 2023 are the same.
With this data I do two normal stacked bars graphs:

Now what client wanted to achieve is this (he send a mock-up not really using Excel charts):

I really have no idea how to do this. Any insights?
