Merging Two Tabs and Using Microsoft Query in Excel

I have two questions:

First- how do I take data from 2 tabs and consolidate them onto another tab. Here are the tab names – Broker, EHC, Sales Consolidation. All tabs have the same data and headings

Second- I have been using Microsoft query to join the data from 2 tabs in Excel. I initiated the query by mapping out the location of the tabs in the file on my desktop. I would like to share this file with other users. Will they have to change the path in order to use the file? Is there a way to execute this query with out using a path? We share this file on a shared file in our dropbox and I would hate to have to change paths to the user’s desktop every time they use the file. Trying to avoid that if possible.

Many thanks in advance!
