MessageBox Result to show as [h]:mm:ss

I would like to show ResultTime as 1:25:00 instead of 0.059027778 as currently displayed in the message box answer.
EmployeeTime = ActiveCell.Range("A1")
ResultTime = ActiveCell.Range("B1")

Answer = MsgBox("You searched for " & EmployeeTime & vbCr & _
"Their Total Time worked is: " & ResultTime, vbOKOnly, "Result!")

Can anyone help me please to set the & Format(ResultTime,[h]:mm:ss

Answer = MsgBox("You searched for " & EmployeeTime & vbCr & _
"Their Total Time worked is: " & Format(ResultTime,"h:mm:ss"), vbOKOnly, "Result!")

If these values are formatted as required on the worksheet use Text.

EmployeeTime = ActiveCell.Range("A1").Text
ResultTime = ActiveCell.Range("B1").Text
