Method (Macro?) to Reorganize Rows Based on 1 Cell

I need every rows date to match the date in Column A. Column A (Date) Column B (In) Column C (Out) must remain together because the in/out numbers are for a that date/time.

For instance, A7 shows 2/17/2013 1:32. You can see D7 (2/17/2013 1:37) does not match A7. Because of this I need excel to 'push' this cell (D7) down so (2/17/2013 1:37) will now be D8 therefore matching A8. BTW I have about 10,000 rows so doing it by hand is not possible without giving up the Colbert Report.

Thank you in advance for your helpful suggestions!

Who is Mr Spreadsheet?
Author John Walkenbach was Mr Spreadsheet until his retirement in June 2019.
My only code experience is to 'record a macro'. This has served me well during the past few years but occasional, such as now, I run across situations that 'recording a macro' will not work. I do not enjoy programming because I simply have too much of a hard time grasping it...I suppose I'm visually minded which is why I was best suited for a BA degree.
