Micro button to print

Is it possible to make a Micro Button that will print a set range when clicked?

I have a heap of information on a sheet, however when someone prints it out, I want only a selected range to be printed.

Possible I'm sure, perhaps the printing code and within the () you can select the range?

Can't you set the worksheet's print area to the range you want printed? You can also record a macro while printing that range to get the VBA code that you can assign to your button.

Well for some reason, my excel for mac version 14 does not have a Set Print Area under File

Does it appear if you click Reset while Worksheet Menu Bar is selected on the Customize Toolbars and Menus dialog?
