If I have a spreadsheet that uses Microsoft Query to pull data from a database, can I change the database without reconstructing the spreadsheet?

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.

How do I change it? I want to pull the same information from a different database(the databases are structured the same).
