I need to pull the characters from a cell starting with the character ^. I need it to ignore everything before, then pull all the characters after the ^. The ^ is not always in the same position in each cell.
Can I use the mid formula? If so how can I tell excel to pull after this character? I can only tell it the position of the character. The ^ is not always in the same place within the cell.

=RIGHT(A1,LEN(A1)-FIND("^",A1))

Tried =RIGHT(A1,LEN(A1)-FIND("^",A1)). it's pulling a bunch of characters before the ^

Can you give a couple of examples of the strings that you have.

Peter's formula works fine for me. Are there more than 1 "^"s in your cells?
