Min and Max by date

Hi, I am trying to get the Min and Max electricity meter reading by date. The data returns meter a reading every 15 minutes for 24 hour period. File spans 6 months of data.
Something like "get min and max from array, for each unique date" and then return the time of each of these returned result.
Data is sorted by date and time.
Date in column E, Time in column F, Day in column G and reading in column H.
I am not VB literate

Please help if this is even possible

Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
Can you supply a small sample?

You can create a pivot table for maximum values and another pivot table for minimum values:
