Min, Max, Medium help - Associate answer with a key/string

I have a table as below.

I want to get the min value and read off they key e.g. minimum value would be =MIN(B2:B5) which is 2, but then I want the cell to read "C", how would you advice I do this?

The following left lookup formula will do the job:

=OFFSET($B$2,MATCH(MIN($B$2:$B$5),$B$2:$B$5,0)-1,-1,1,1)
