Missing column from column clustered chart

I will be glad if anyone can help me recover the missing column from my column clustered chart. Moreover, how do I get the legend under the title using VBA. Thanks :)

Domenic, thanks for the help. In regards to my first question, I talking about one of the bar not showing up when I add the Line Markers chart. Please see below the chart without the line markers.

Format the horizontal axis, make sure the setting for 'Axis Crosses' or 'Axis Position' is 'Between Tick Marks'.
