Missing EXCEL file

When starting EXCEL, I receive a window saying it can't find a file "sbfm40.xla" in windows/system. I can click "OK" and EXCEL initializes and runs fine. What is this file, do I need this file, how can I stop this message from appearing?

your doc ...xla is an ADD IN whats it for, might need re locating.

To turn off tool | add in , a box apperas un tick this add in and it will not try to load

XL2000: Error Message: C:Windows System Sbfm40.xla Could Not Be Found

SYMPTOMS
When you start Microsoft Excel, you may receive the following error message:

C:windows system sbfm40.xla could not be found.
CAUSE
This issue can occur if you install the Small Business Financial Manager add-in, and then uninstall the Microsoft Office 2000 CD 2. When you uninstall CD 2, the Small Business Financial Manager add-in (SBFM40.xla) is removed but the SBFM add-in is still referenced in the Excel Add-Ins Manager.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, remove the reference to the Small Business Financial Manager add-in in the Excel Add-Ins Manager.

To remove the reference to the Small Business Financial Manager, follow these steps:
Start Excel.
On the Tools menu, click Add-Ins.
Click to clear the Small Business Financial Manager check box.

You receive the following message:

Can't find add-in 'C:WINDOWSSYSTEMsbfm40.xla'. Delete from list?
Click Yes on the message.
