Missing External Reference

1) Workbook A, Sheet 1 :
If Cell A1 = Cell A1 (contained in Workbook B, Sheet 1, then True otherwise false. The File is saved.
2) Workbook B is deleted. No where to be found.
3) The question is, I need to find out what the value is on referenced cell of the deleted file in order to get a True output on the Workbook A. There ought to be a way!

As far as I know You can´t recover the workbook and data inside Excel.

The best chance is to try to restore the file from the Recycle.
