missing format of time in excel

Hi,

I am trying to CONCATENATE Wednesday, December 21, 2016 and 5.20AM
i am getting result as Wednesday, December 21, 2016 0.222222222222222

the time format is coming as 0.22222222222.
any suggestions to get the original time.

i have tried changing the time format but its the same.

I am not seeing the error here, either using CONCATENATE or the & operator.

Row 1 the data is Text
Row 2 the data is a Date (number) and time (number)
C2 is custom formatted dddd mmmm dd, yyyy h:mmAM/PM
