MISSING:refrence

I have File gets some data from PI Data link (process interface) via server. Reopening this file after log out server some VBA procedure corrupt Like left, right, Mid and Date …els (message can't find project or library )is there other reference, to resolve this problem I uncheck MISSING reference from Reference Dialog witch load automatically when open file with Server Excel manually, then I get Code from web to remove Missing Reference but My try was failed and tel me Object library not register
