mixed case data

is there a way i can format a worksheet with mixed cased data into initial caps for all fields? data was imported from a SQL db with no case restraints on formatting and i have users trying to do mail merge letters and are having to reformat all cap fields into initial caps individually.

any suggestions appreciated. thanks.
