Modify Code Help

Hello say i have this code
=IF(ISNUMBER(Qual1!B5),"Done","Not Entered Yet")

and i want to change so it looks at sheet [One Handed] and checks cells b5 through z5 and it finds any of those cells with numbers in them it says Done if no numbers in all cells it says Not Entered Yet.

can somebody help me modify this to do that please

if they will only house numerical values, how about...

=if(isnumber(sum('One Handed'!B5:Z5)),"Done","Not Entered Yet")
