Modifying Randbetween function

I am using randbetween(-10,10) to generate numbers, Occasionally I get a 0, is there a way to modify this so that I never get 0?

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
Here is another way...

=RIGHT(-1,1+(RAND()<0.5))*RANDBETWEEN(1,10)

and another way using one less function call...

=INDEX({-10,-9,-8,-7,-6,-5,-4,-3,-2,-1,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10},RANDBETWEEN(1,20))
