This will be simple I know but I just cannot think today. What is the formula to find the Monday date form 4 weeks ago from the Date in cell A?

so 09/03/2011 would be 07/02/2011

Your example is kind of confusing... you say you want 4 weeks, but your example is 9 weeks?

CW.. Silver is not using U.S. date format.

09/03/2011 is March 9, 2011.
07/02/2011 is February 7, 2011.
