Monthly report generated from oracle (Excel format)

I have monthly data generated from oracle (Excel report) and need to do a macro that classify all related transactions to particular department using pivot table.
How i can make a macro that disrepute all data to particular department in my company easily.

Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
