Monthly update difference

I have a spreadsheet I have to update each month. The last column in the spreadsheet calculates the difference btw the current month and the previous month. Is there any way to automate this process so I do not have to change the formula each month. Here is a sample of my spreadsheet:

P4 = OFFSET(B5,0,COUNTA(C5:N5))-OFFSET(B5,0,COUNTA(C5:N5)-1)
