This is my 2nd post in reference to help I need with a heat map.
I am trying to compare July and August employee performance. I received a response to use a lookup formula ... I am still kind of new, not ever used the lookup function. Anyways, what I need is this: If accounts placed in August are 20% more than July = "p". If August is less than July = "q". Anything in between = "n".

Accounts in August are 111 and July 126.

thanks for any help!!
