More than 3 conditional Formats?

I need to do a conditonal format with 4 conditions is there a way to do this?

Try to include 2 conditions of 4 in an OR formula.

I dont quite understand how to do that. What i'm trying to do is if the cell has the words red green blue or red in them it turns that color.
