More than 65536 rows

How can I spread out my data in the sheet with more than 65536 rows?

Convert to a database. This is truly the only way and still be able to manipulate data that numerous.

Let's say I converted to a database. How can I use the Pivot Table using Excel if I cannot spread out the data in the sheet?

Well, for example convert your spreadsheet to a Microsoft Access Database. I looked in the help files and it had a whole list of information on Pivot Tables. I just recently learned myself about Pivot Tables.
