Alright, so 3 problems I need yall's help with please... I posted pictures to give a better idea. I'm hitting a wall... and i'm not an expert with vlookups or array formulas :(

1. I'm trying to get the top 5 Most improved sales associates. I want names & %Increase
2. And the 5 with the biggest decrease week over week. I want names & % Increase
3. I ran an this (=COUNTA(I2:I97)) to calculate the # of associates that worked... but it's including #N/A since some associates didn't show up the 2 weeks. How can I avoid counting the #N/As?

You can use either Aggregate or Countifs.
