Mouse Icon Colour not working

Dear Friends,

i am having a userform with two comboboxes and list box, i am change the userform mouse icon through properties of userform

mouse icon == icon
mouse pointer == 99 frmMousePointerCustum

where i am selecting a colour icon, but after running the userform the mouse icon is showing black and white.

please help in this regard.

further, i need web address if any for colour full mouse icon.

we have to change mouse pointer icon with .ico file only not with .cur file.
