Move a column that contain <a to another

Hello,
I really don't know this things in excel but this is an assignment that i have.


I had an text file with a data and some items have an extra info,
I need to move any DATA in B Column that contain <a to O Column.
Also with any DATA in D Column that contain 920 to B Column.
