Move after entry

Is there a way if after say an entry has been made in cell A4 the active cell becomes
B1 and continue down the sheet.

Right mouse over sheet1 (or sheet name) and select view code, the paste this...

If Range("A4") <> "" Then Range("b1").Select

thats great but i need it to continually run down the sheet after each entry

If ActiveCell.Row = 5 Then ActiveCell.Offset(-4, 1).Select


End Sub
