Move Content cell from one cell to another cell in different column ????

how to move content cells from one to another like the below

I want to move contents of cells from right column to left column to be like the below table

are they offset like displayed

if so filter on the left for blank

in top cell = B what ever the line is, and drag down

when all across, unhide the other values, select all the a COPY and PASTE Values, then just delete the extra column
