Residential/nursing homes who fail to meet standards are placed on an improvement plan. We monitor against the standard throughout the lifetime of the plan. Providers can take time to progress their plans and consequently, in any month we visit we may find that a home has either "met" or "monitored but not met" the standard.

In my spreadsheet I need a total of 15 tabs:

Outstanding
A tab for each of the months (January – December)
Met
Monitored but not met tab

Outstanding Tab
Following completion of a visit one of two options in column A will be selected “monitored but unmet” or “met” and the month of the visit will be selected in column B.
If “met” is selected the row should move (i.e. the entire row deleted from the outstanding tab) to the relevant month tab.
If “monitored but unmet” is selected then the row should copy (i.e retain the row in the outstanding tab and automatically paste a copy)into the relevant month tab.

Met Tab
Will receive all rows that are set to “met” on the outstanding tab.

Monitored but unmet Tab
Will receive all rows that are set to “monitored but unmet” on the outstanding tab.

The outstanding tab will only retain those rows that have a blank setting in column A or a “monitored but not met setting” in column A
