Move or Copy a selected data from one Work Book to another work book

Hi,

I have a huge data, where I would like to filter the data using the header "Project Leader" and select the first Project leader and move or copy the data to new work book and delete the data of all other project leaders and name the new work book with the Project leader name and save in a particular location and then close the work book and come back to the original work book and now select the second Project leader form the filter and continue the same above process and it should continue for all the project leaders we have in this sheet.

Please help me in doing this using macro..

Hi,

Thank You so much, it is working.. But there is a problem , I will hide some columns before moving the data to another work book. By using this Excel Explosion, all the columns are unhided in all the separated sheets. Is there any solution to keep the hided columns as hided in the separated sheets too...
