movie database sorting or printing

please some help have a movie database of about 130 titles set over 4 columns but how do you sort them when add new title to last column

or can u just have 1 column to type titles and get it to print over 1 page in say 4 columns
all help appreciated

What I do in this situation is, make sure all your titles are in one column then you can sort them easily.

Then, as you have excel I am assuming you also have Microsoft Word, if that is the case open up Word and set the page so that is has 4 columns, from Format, Columns... on the Top menu.

Then paste your list into it. It'll be static so any changes to the spreadsheet won't show up on the word document.

You can sort them manually or set it up to automatically sort on each new entry.
