Using EXCEL 2010, I created a simple Repor/dashboard in my pc. The data source is an ACCESS Query. It run fine on my PC, but I want to give the report to a few other people on the same network. How do I change the data sources for copies of the report that are on different computers on the same netwwork. The data source is shared. Seems like this would be somthing thats done all the time. (New to Excel 10)

Thanks in advance

Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
I'm not certain, but I think it has to do with authentication to the database. I believe you can hard code the authentication info into the query or prompt on refresh and they can enter their credentials.

I'm not 100%, but wanted to at least throw out a suggestion that may help until someone who knows a lot chimes in. :)
