Ok I'm very new to Excels functions. I am making a time sheet for Employees. In Column D I have a drop down Menu that they can select there type of charge from. There is 8 to select from. They each come up with a designated color.
What I would like is, in Column F they total there hours by that charge ID. I would like that cell (F) to match the color of what they selected in column (D).
Could anyone walk me through this?
