moving columns for printing

I have to print off a column of numbers - well over 1000 . Rather than print 20 pages- how can I set up to have four or five columns per page? I've have a look around the page break and printing prefs but have so far drawn a blank. I don't want to do this as four pages on one via the printer setting as this substantially reduces font size.
...Suggestions please...

Excel Facts

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
Have you tried viewing the area to print in "View pagebrake"....you should be able to drag the col or row seperator to the range that fits your alignment requirements.

I've had a quick look around asaputilities and the content looks pretty darned good - my main concern is if there are any known issues or probs with installing and using this add-in.
I have had numerous problems with programs crashing/locking out after installing them and as such am a lot more cautious now.

None that I know of - the asap addin is about as reputable as they come!

May be others have had problems...
