I have a cell that has a comment with it.

The problem is I need to view the contents of the next cell which is under the displayed comment.

If I go to edit the comment. I can click and drag the comment anywhere on the worksheet and there is an arrow pointing to the fisrt cell. I can now read the other cell.

However, when iI exit from the edit mode, comment goes back to being over the next cell.

Has anyone got any ideas about saving the postion of the comment box when in edit mode.

BTW I dont want to just switch off the comments.

Thanks for your help.

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
