Excel Facts

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
Hi
Welcome to the forum
Put this code in the sheet code
VBA Code:
Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)
If Not Intersect(Target, Range("L43")) Is Nothing Then
        Range("S28").Select
    End If
End Sub

The cursor does not move but the cell is selected:
Try this
This is an auto sheet event script
Your Workbook must be Macro enabled
To install this code:
Right-click on the sheet tab
Select View Code from the pop-up context menu
Paste the code in the VBA edit window

VBA Code:
Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)
'Modified 12/21/2021 5:22:00 AM EST
If Target.Address = "$L$43" Then Range("S28").Select
End Sub
