Moving Data From One Tab To Another Automatically

Hi all,
I am a researcher, and my group tracks subjects we have screened in Excel. Everyone we screen goes into a "primary" db that is the first tab in the work-book and the referral source is identified from a drop-down list. I have then broken each referral source into its own worksheet (same workbook) so that we can track some other information for each referral source independently. I need to figure out how to get data from the first work-sheet into the referral source work-sheets automatically. For example, if I enter the referral source as: University Hospital in the primary work-sheet, I want all the data associated with that participant to move to to the "University Hospital" worksheet. I assume one way to do this might be using some sort of If/Then statement? Any help is greatly appreciated- thanks in advance!

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
Hi

More info needed, what would the criteria be to move/copy the data to the second sheet, what range or number of rows would contain the associated data to be moved or copied.

regards
