[FONT=&quot]With the above spreadsheet, I am attempting to have one row per unique identifier. You can see in the 8 empty columns to the right, I need to show if and when each person first attended each of the 4 steps as shown in the Attribute column. However, since some people may have attended one of the steps multiple times, I need to show when they first attended each step.[/FONT]
 

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
