Moving Excel VBA app to .Net win. App Need developers

I am working on moving my current excel vba application to the windows .net application platform. Can any one suggest reasonable programmers in the US that can take this project.

This is a 12 step application it is considered to be a small to mid project.

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
