Moving Page Break

I am currently taking an Excel course and I am wondering how to move a page break on Excel 2013 while using a MacBook?

When I try to move the break, it creates a new break it doesn't actually move the existing one. Can someone please provide me with a detailed description?

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
