Moving Row-Level Output data into Columns

I have a scenario where I need to move additional data in rows with the same primary key into additional columns. Below is a link to an example file that reflects what the current data output looks like and how I will need it to appear:

Basically, I need the data from each row to roll up into separate, repeating columns based upon the primary key, Candidate ID. Is this possible?
