Hello All,

I have been having a brain issue to figure out how to achieve my goal. The goal is simple however I believe that the process is difficult.

At my job we have a staff schedule that is completely Macro'd out, I did not build this file. What I would like to do is make a smaller sheet to make it easier to call staff in because of our unions we have to follow protocol and its not only one person who calls staff in but a handful of us.

The seperate sheet (RPN Tracker) I would like to make would take the "over the schedule" hours that automatically updates from the Schedule file and it would be used in the Tracker to figure out who to call first.

I do not know if i should be using VBA or formulas. It should be noted that I do not know how to use VBA.

Let me know if you guys need more information, I suck at explaining.

Excel Facts

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
you'll need to provide more data about what you currently have, and then what rules you need to action
