Hi All Ms Access Guru

I've been trying to export only 4 coulmns i.e. c1,c2...c4, the last column c4 keep some null values , but I would like to to replace last column value if null = ""
Sam value as TextQualifier

During Export Wizard, (It does show me some output rows sample and in there it show if the Last Column C4 is null replaceing TextQualifier value i.e. ")

I hope it does make sense
Many thanks
Farhan

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.

Create a query that will show just the four columns, then save the query then add an expression as the fifth column and use an IIF statement to show value if held or 0 (or something else) if no value, like this

Expr1: IIf([Field Name] Is Null,0,[Field Name])

Then create a macro to send to the program you want like Excel (you haven't mentioned where it is to go!)
