Good morning!

I have a database, a 'task list' that displays current tasks (via a report) on the screen for 30 seconds, then goes to the next report and continuously loops.
The problem I have is the report has too many records and therefore does not display everything on the screen.
So I can see records 1-5 just fine, but scrolling down there's probably another 20-30 records at least.

Is there a way to, when the report is loaded, have the report scroll down automatically (like hitting the page down key) once every 10 seconds, until it hits the bottom?

Save Often
If you start asking yourself if now is a good time to save your Excel workbook, the answer is Yes
Reports are typically printed. What exactly would you like to happen in plain English?
List 5 Tasks at a time for review or selection?

The report is a display on the screen (please see attached image). It's on the main screen where everyone can see, but as you can see here, there are more records that aren't shown, that can only be seen if you scroll down.

There seems to be a lot of "wasted screen real estate" - that is a lot of space between values, lots of columns with no values. Only 2 tasks on your sample screen. For efficiency, have you considered making a form with a similar record source and adjusting control widths and heights to present more info per sq. inch? Does clicking the PageDown button function/help?
Are the users, who have to use this information in their jobs, offering comments about what they need or what they aren't getting? That might be the driver that effects some sort of change.
