I know I can use "Sumif" if I have a range, but i have broken cells to check the criteria and broken cells to sum. I have uploaded an image to clarify.

So basically I want to check B3, D3, F3 and if criteria is met, sum C3, E3, G3, etc.

Thank you :)

Excel Facts

Pivot Table Drill Down
Double-click any number in a pivot table to create a new report showing all detail rows that make up that number
Perhaps

=SUMIF(B3:F3,"criteria",C3:G3)

There is not enough information in your post to know if that will work for what you need.

What result do you want from that data?
Could you post some more examples with the desired result. There aren't any numbers there, so SUMIF wouldn't be the solution.

So in cell BJ3 I want to add the sums from the 2nd column for each day IF criteria is met in the first column for each day.
Ex: IF AP3, AR3, AT3, etc. have "S" in them then I want to add AQ3, AS3, AU3, etc.

Then the formula will work just fine, in BJ3 then drag right and fill down as needed.

=SUMIF($AP3:$BH3,BJ$1,$AQ3:$BI3)

The formula is only as good as the data, BF3 contains "S" but the cell next to it contains no number to sum.
