Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)

I don't think its installed by default.... so, go to Data | Import External Data, New Database Query...

And Excel should open it for you (or at least try to install it if its not)
