MsgBox advice please regarding intermittant value in cell

Morning,
I am using the code below of which one question regarding HAS THE SECURITY MARKED BEEN APPLIED.
Basically which ever you select the value YES / NO should be entered into the cell at column K

The code is shown in Red below.
Do you see any issue as not always does the word NO get entered into cell K

I have been looking at the code and the above snippet is the only thing I could find that might cause the cell to end up blank, because it would end the sub before it got to the message box and require a yes/no response. So you might want to check that out and decide what action you want to take at that point in the code rather than put another message box at the bottom of the code.
