Multi column seacrh problem

I am using an estimating progam that dumps information into an excel spreadsheet. I need to aquire a dollar value based on two criteria one being the material code (coptub) which is in column E and two being the pipe size (2" and down) which is in column C Based on these two items I need the $ value which is in column J. I have tried several versions of vlookup but cannot seem to get it right. Any help would be appreciated.
