I am making a database for several people use at the same time.
Its core function is for users to look things up in a mainframe system and then update a form with things they find. In essence its just a list for them to work from...
The actual process of them looking things up takes some time so I want to avoid two people working on the same record, but I am not sure the best way to do this.
In the past I have assigned numbers (1 - 5) to each record and then opened the form with a filter, but I am sure there is a better solution than this
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks
Helena
