Hi Experts,

I have a need to design an application which many users will use AT THE SAME TIME- TO QUERY , UPDATE DATA etc..

The question is that: IF MANY USERS ARE DOING UPDATES ETC AT THE SAME TIME, THEN IS IT POSSIBLE TO DO SO IN EXCEL?

I think that it is not possible but still I think I will check with experts first..

Is it possible with Access?

With thanks,
Nirav.

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
You can have people updating the same the spreadsheet at once by sharing the workbook. You just have to be sure that no-one is going to overwrite data that someone else has entered (although the user will be warned if they enter data in a cell where someone else has saved something).

Go to Tools=>Share Workbook and then save it.
